Shipping Gateway は、認可された販売者向けツールからの配送関連リクエストを処理するためのバックエンドサービスです。主に配送ラベル購入、配送サービス取得、出荷処理のために使用されます。
処理する情報
配送ラベル購入または出荷処理に必要な場合に限り、注文ID、購入者名、配送先住所、電話番号、配送条件、配送ラベルデータなどの注文関連情報を一時的に処理する場合があります。
利用目的
これらの情報は、認可された販売者から要求された配送関連処理、例えば配送サービスの取得、配送ラベルの購入、ラベル生成、出荷処理の完了のためにのみ使用します。
データ保持
Shipping Gateway は、個人を識別できる情報をデータベース、アプリケーションログ、永続ファイル、バックアップに保存しない設計としています。個人情報は、要求された配送処理を実行するために一時的に処理され、処理完了後に保持されません。
アクセス制御
Shipping Gateway API へのアクセスは、認可された販売者システムに限定されます。リクエストは、認証情報、販売者ID、登録済みサーバーIPアドレスによって検証されます。
セキュリティ
通信には HTTPS を使用します。管理アクセスは SSH鍵認証、ファイアウォール、必要最小限の権限により制限します。データベースおよび内部設定ファイルへのアクセスは、許可されたシステムコンポーネントのみに制限されます。
ログ
アプリケーションログには、購入者名、住所、電話番号、配送ラベル内容などの個人情報を記録しない設計です。ログには、セキュリティおよび障害調査のため、日時、処理結果、エラーコード、販売者IDなどの非個人情報を記録する場合があります。
第三者提供
個人情報を販売することはありません。要求された配送処理に必要なAPIまたはサービスに対してのみ、必要最小限の情報を送信します。

Shipping Gateway is a backend service for authorized seller tools to process shipping-related requests, including shipping label purchase, shipping service retrieval, and shipment processing.
Information We Process
When required for shipping label purchase or shipment processing, Shipping Gateway may temporarily process order-related information, including order ID, buyer name, shipping address, phone number, shipment details, and shipping label data.
Purpose of Use
We use this information only to perform shipping-related operations requested by authorized sellers, such as obtaining available shipping services, purchasing shipping labels, generating labels, and completing shipment-related processing.
Data Retention
Shipping Gateway is designed not to store personally identifiable information in its database, application logs, persistent files, or backups. Personally identifiable information is processed transiently only for the requested shipping operation and is not retained after the operation is completed.
Access Control
Access to Shipping Gateway APIs is restricted to authorized seller systems. Requests are verified using authentication credentials, seller identification, and registered server IP addresses.
Security
Shipping Gateway uses HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Administrative access is restricted by SSH key authentication, firewall rules, and least-privilege access controls. Access to databases and internal configuration files is limited to authorized system components.
Logging
Application logs are designed not to include buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, or shipping label contents. Logs may include non-PII operational information such as timestamps, request status, error codes, and seller identifiers for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Disclosure
We do not sell personally identifiable information. Information is transmitted only to APIs or service providers necessary to complete the requested shipping operation.
